Q: Who is Mike Grafstein?
Answer: Mike Grafstein is a well
known Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), Massage Therapist (RMT) and Youth Conditioning Specialist (YCS)
in the Ontario Soccer community.
In March of 2005 he received two electrical shocks running from his left hand into his left chest at a soccer training session.
This was a wake up call for him and his health. Since that time he has done significant research, trial and error with his own hypertension medication and natural ways to lower blood pressure.
He has set a lofty goal of helping 1 million people worldwide to lower their blood pressure.
Through his efforts to find a solution to lower his own blood pressure and get off hypertension medication he was hospitalized three times in a two month span with chest pains and shortness of breath.

Q: Will I lower my blood pressure?
